南米のガテマラから来日された２名の研修員の荷物が未着LOSTとなってしまいました。航空会社との折衝手続きをし無事成田空港から目的地の札幌へ向かい出発されました。心配不安そうなご本人に代わり航空会社との間に入り、出来るだけ早く正確に、ご本人のもとへ届ける様に手続き完了しました。丁寧な対応に感謝のお言葉をいただきました。
2 trainees from Guatemara arrived to Narita but their baggage was not delivered upon arrival. The trainee seemed to be uneasy. Therefore, we performed the procedure with the airline on behalf of a trainee. We supported it to resolve this issue in the shortest possible timeframe. Then the procedure was completed smoothly, and he left Narita Airport for Sapporo of the destination on schedule. Later, we got thanks message from Trainee.
